What You'll Do

Drive Service Excellence

• Design and execute streamlined processes for Service And agreements that capture customer requirements and ensure cost-effective delivery
• Serve as the vital link between the Program Office, stakeholders, and customers to optimize service delivery
• Maintain comprehensive Service Agreement libraries and provide executive-level status reporting

Lead Customer Success

• Partner with account managers to translate complex customer requirements into actionable solutions
• Support invoice generation and cost recovery activities while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Champion process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains

Excel in a Dynamic Role

• Leverage cutting-edge Program Office software to manage portfolio costs and performance
• Thrive in a high-volume environment with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of professional experience (DoD/Intelligence Community background highly preferred)
• Bachelor7s degree or equivalent experience
• Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation with creative problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office productivity tools
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Proven Optics preferred
• Adaptability to learn new software systems quickly
