Social Media Manager (Volunteer)

to help grow our online presence and connect with job seekers, students, and career changers. You will play a key role in developing and posting content, increasing engagement, and supporting our mission of career empowerment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a weekly social media content plan Create engaging posts (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Monitor and respond to messages and comments Track analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics Promote events, success stories, and volunteer opportunities Work closely with the Founder to align messaging with our mission Qualifications Be at least 18 years of age Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional) Strong writing and visual content creation skills Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite (a plus) Passion for helping others and interest in career development Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits Gain valuable nonprofit and marketing experience Build your portfolio with purpose-driven content Flexible schedule and 100% remote Make a meaningful impact on people’s lives Volunteer certificate upon request Volunteer Letter of Verification upon request Job Type: Part-time People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote
