HR Generalist
to help support our 24/7 manufacturing operations and grow our workplace culture. About the Role: The
HR Generalist
is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to employees in a fast-paced production environment. This role touches every part of the employee lifecyclefrom recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, benefits, compliance, and training. Your work will help ensure a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention Support on-site recruiter with full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions. Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding processes Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for retention improvement Employee Engagement & Communication Develop internal communications and coordinate employee engagement activities Lead recognition efforts, service awards, and employee events Participate in monthly team meetings and plant-wide morale initiatives Compliance & Policy Support Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (including MO law) Assist in updating policies and maintaining accurate employee records Support investigations and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies Attendance & Leave Management Maintain attendance logs and support administration of FMLA, USERRA, VESSA, and other leave programs Prepare leave paperwork and communicate with supervisors on return-to-work updates Training & Organizational Development Track and coordinate employee training efforts and records Support policy education and assist with development of training materials Benefits Administration Assist employees with benefit questions and coordinate enrollment/termination processes What You Bring: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices Experience with HRIS (ADP a plus) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Comfortable supporting a 24/7 operation across multiple shifts Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required Competitive pay and full benefits package Supportive HR team and strong operational leadership Opportunity to make an impact in a growing, sustainability-focused company A team that values respect, trust, and accountability Apply Today!
