Event Prep - Wine and Roses at Woodward Park

What better way to get your volunteer hours than to spend time in one of the oldest and most beautiful parks in Tulsa, Woodward Park. The Tulsa Garden Center needs your help for its largest fundraising event of the year, Wine and Roses at Woodward Park. Since 1995, this event hasbenefitted Woodward Park’s educational programming and beautification, including restoration of the Tulsa Arboretum. The garden party event will take place on Friday evening, Sept 26th., but we need help in the days before to get everything party ready. 5 shifts available: Volunteers needed for setup, hanging lights in trees, moving materials from storage, etc.: Wednesday September 24, 2025 - 09:00 to 12:00 CST Volunteers needed for setup, hanging lights in trees, moving materials from storage, etc.: Wednesday September 24, 2025 - 12:00 to 15:00 CST Volunteers needed for setup, hanging lights in trees, moving materials from storage, etc.: Thursday September 25, 2025 - 09:00 to 12:00 CST Volunteers needed for setup, hanging lights in trees, moving materials from storage, etc.: Thursday September 25, 2025 - 12:00 to 15:00 CST Volunteers needed for breakdown, removing lights in trees, organizing and moving materials back to storage, etc.: Saturday September 27, 2025 - 09:00 to 12:00 CST
