About the Role

The Company is seeking a Group Vice President (GVP) to join its Senior Operations Leadership Team. The GVP will be a key leader in the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's key priorities, with a strong focus on operational excellence across multiple regions. This pivotal role involves leading a Field leadership team, including Regional Operations, Medical, and Technician Directors, to ensure exceptional hospital operations, high-quality medical care, and the fostering of a culture where Associates are engaged and inspired. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, overseeing core operational functions, and transforming challenges into opportunities through innovative, sustainable solutions. A deep love for animals and a commitment to the company's mission of creating a better world for pets is essential.

Candidates for the GVP position should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, including multi-site management in a service-oriented or healthcare environment. The role requires a proven ability to inspire and influence at all levels, exceptional people leadership skills, and a strong financial acumen with a track record of driving performance and managing budgets. The GVP will be expected to champion talent strategy, ensuring the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
