New Revenue, Expansion and Retention Reports to:
CEO Strategic Leadership & Vision Predictable and repeatable SaaS revenue Engine : Lead the charge to deliver world class SaaS revenue engine and organization. SaaS Sales Funnel Management : Design and optimize Sales Funnel from LeadGen to Close for New Logo and Expansion sales motions Scalable Playbooks : Design, refine and optimize effective playbooks to deliver predictable and repeatable sales rep performance. Metrics Driven : Deep understanding of SaaS business models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage) and how to optimize them. Proven SaaS Sales Track Record : Has led teams selling into mid-market/enterprise SaaS, ideally with $20M–$100M ARR scaling experience. Team Builder & Coach : Attracts the top talent, recruits, develops, and retains high-performing SDRs, AEs and CSMs Data-Driven : Obsessed with metrics, pipeline conversion rates, quota attainment, deal velocity, win/loss analysis. Revenue Ownership Cross-Functional Alignment : Aligns sales with marketing, product, and customer success to drive net revenue retention (NRR). Compensation : Levers comp models to drive acquisition and expansion targets and attain a potent % of Reps to OTE metric. Forecasting Accuracy : Builds trust with execs and board through disciplined, predictable forecasting. Execution Skills Process Orientation : Implements sales motions and enforces CRM hygiene. Deal Strategy : Ability to personally support/close key strategic accounts when needed. Global Mindset : Comfortable leading distributed or hybrid teams across regions. Scale and growth mentality : Thrives in a 150-person environment (not too corporate, not too early-stage). Knows how to build systems without killing agility. Collaborative Leadership : Works well with Product/Engineering to bring customer voice inside. Mission Alignment : Passionate about SaaS/MarTech and able to inspire teams with vision.
