About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales, Revenue Generation to play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a robust revenue engine. This senior leader will be responsible for building and scaling the sales organization to drive annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth, with a focus on digital platforms, SaaS, and cybersecurity-adjacent industries. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy and will be measured on pipeline generation, revenue expansion, and market leadership. Key responsibilities include defining and optimizing sales processes, leveraging CRM, analytics, and MarTech, and serving as a strategic partner to the COO and Board stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in enterprise sales leadership, a proven track record in scaling ARR, and a background in digital platform sales, cybersecurity solutions, SaaS, or technology-driven B2B environments. They should be adept at building sales playbooks, GTM strategies, and predictable pipeline generation, with a strong operational mindset and a focus on forecasting, revenue operations, and KPI-driven leadership.
