Overview
Chief Executive Officer – Private Equity-backed Commercial/Structural Construction Services – High Growth. Our client is a highly innovative private equity-sponsored commercial/structural construction services enterprise operating out of the Pacific Northwest. The business is pursuing an acquisitive growth strategy to expand its operational footprint and serve a wider geographic customer base. The CEO will work directly with an experienced private equity partner and will receive equity as part of the compensation incentive structure. The CEO will have full P&L ownership, lead the advancement of all functions, establish processes, ramp up project delivery capabilities, ensure accountability, and integrate fulfilment across the company. The role requires professionalizing operations and delivering significant organic and acquisitive growth initiatives.
