Were seeking a client-focused Oracle HCM Sr. Director to lead solutioning and sales support across key engagements. This individual will play a critical role in shaping strategy, designing HCM Cloud solutions, and supporting business development efforts in partnership with Oracle and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings deep
functional expertise , broad industry exposure, and a track record of building strong client relationships and delivering value.
This is not a Project Manager role, need to know how to get your hands in the system and design solutions. Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud engagements Drive solution design and strategy across key HCM modules aligned to client needs Partner with sales teams on pursuits, RFPs, proposals, and Oracle relationships Lead project teams through current state assessments and future state delivery Provide functional expertise across HCM domains including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, and Reporting Support firm-building activities such as recruiting, mentoring, methodology development, and thought leadership Requirements
10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud At least 23 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Strong functional knowledge across multiple HCM areas Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and manage client relationships Strong business development mindset and pursuit leadership skills Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities Oracle HCM Cloud certification in three or more modules preferred This role offers the opportunity to influence clients and internal strategy while supporting high-impact transformation programs. Travel may be required based on project needs. Location flexible (excluding Colorado or New York) with approval. Seniority level
