Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Architect to join a respected consulting AEC firm. In this role, you will lead and contribute to technical assessments of commercial and institutional properties, evaluating existing buildings as well as monitoring new construction. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and consultants to deliver accurate, well-documented evaluations and recommendations. THIS IS NOT AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site building evaluations and construction monitoring.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, contracts, and budgets to assess accuracy and compliance.
Support business development through relationship-building and technical expertise.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds an active Registered Architect (RA) license in the U.S.
Possesses at least 10 years of relevant experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
Has deep technical knowledge of building materials, methods, and construction processes.
Is skilled in construction administration and understands building codes.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and related tools.
