Our client is an excellent leading architecture / design / construction firm specializing in innovative, client-focused solutions across commercial, residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects. With a reputation for design excellence and technical expertise, they are actively looking to expand their team and seeking an individual at the Senior Project Architect / Project Management level to lead exciting new projects from concept through construction.
This role will serve as both a **design and management leader**, overseeing all phases of architectural projects. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership in team coordination, and the ability to manage clients, consultants, budgets, and schedules.

- Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Manage client relationships, presentations, and project communications.
- Direct and mentor project teams, delegating tasks and ensuring quality design documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee technical detailing, code compliance, and construction documentation.
- Represent the firm professionally in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
- Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other industry-standard software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning, and permitting processes
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio environment
- Approximately (~10) years or more of experience in architecture with a focus on project management
- Architectural license (RA)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
