Overview
Executive Assistant, Stores Ads Monetization – Seattle, WA. The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. This role supports the VP of Stores Ads Monetization in Seattle, Washington. The Stores Ads Monetization team is a cross-functional team focused on accelerating monetization across the Amazon store, partnering with Ads and other organizations to drive customer value and revenue growth. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the VP and contribute to operational rigor, strategic planning support, and EA community initiatives across the broader Shopping organization.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex calendars for senior leaders and teams in multiple locations.
Plan and organize events of all sizes and coordinate domestic and international travel.
Coordinate expense reports and submission.
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meetings, all-hands, off-sites, team social events).
Ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on open actions.
Collaborate with leadership, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to support the organization.
Help develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior-level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment and keeping the team informed
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Experience leading process improvements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year to $142,800/year. Pay is based on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
