Overview

BodyHealth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Public Relations to lead BodyHealth’s PR, media, and event strategy. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, strengthening media relationships, and executing high-impact events and campaigns that position BodyHealth at the forefront of wellness, fitness, and nutritional supplements. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in securing press, managing high-profile partnerships, and leading both internal and external teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media: Leverage established relationships with journalists, editors, and producers to secure consistent, high-impact coverage. Proactively pitch brand stories, product launches, and thought leadership to industry-specific and mainstream outlets. Secure podcast and broadcast opportunities for executives and talent partners. Work with media and influencers to secure attendance and post-event coverage. Maintain and expand a dynamic network of editors, talent managers, and influencers. Event Marketing & Brand Experiences: Lead the planning and execution of 8–12 annual events, from influencer activations to high-profile product launches and media events. Partner with production agencies on large-scale events; manage logistics and creative execution for smaller activations. Drive press and influencer attendance, engagement, and event coverage. Identify third-party event integration opportunities that align with brand positioning. Influencer, Celebrity, and Seeding Programs: Own the product seeding strategy — ensuring placement with journalists, influencers, athletes, and cultural figures who amplify brand visibility. Manage the in-kind ambassador program and track ROI of all seeding efforts. In partnership with the Director of Brand Communications & Partnership Marketing, integrate celebrity/influencer into PR and event strategies. Monitor, track, and analyze performance from product seeding efforts to ensure ROI and continued effectiveness. Partnerships & Talent Amplification: Collaborate on brand-to-brand partnerships and ensure PR integration across all initiatives. Amplify Tier 1 talent partnerships through media outreach, event presence, and cultural storytelling. Reporting & Performance Analysis: Deliver monthly reporting on events, media placements, and seeding results — analyzing performance, ROI, and opportunities. Translate coverage and PR efforts into business impact, sharing insights with leadership and cross-functional partners. Qualifications

5–8 years of PR experience in consumer, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury (agency or in-house). Proven track record securing top-tier media coverage through strong personal relationships. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large-scale events that generate visibility and buzz. Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple initiatives without losing detail. Polished communicator, both written and verbal, with strong pitching skills. Strong pulse on culture, including but not limited to what individuals and brands are influencing cultural shift. High cultural IQ — understands trends, who/what is driving influence, and how to insert the brand authentically. Charismatic and confident representing the brand at media events, press trips, and with partners. Location
