Maximus Maximus is seeking a Digital Content Lead Specialist as part of our digital creative team. We support government, health, and human services programs and focus on transforming complex programs and improving the total experience across all communication channels. The role centers on creating and executing content strategy for multi-channel campaigns and applying plain language principles. You must live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ and regularly work on-site. Travel to client offices and industry events may be required. Responsibilities

Research, gather and synthesize scientific and policy information and translate it into understandable, audience-appropriate communication products. Identify and select appropriate, scientifically accurate images and graphics to enhance communication products for diverse audiences. Provide written and oral communications to support clients in relaying clear, concise information to various target audiences. Develop and edit audience-appropriate reports, news articles, technical publications, brochures, speeches, and multimedia content for online, social media, and print. Write, coordinate and upload stories, videos, and pictures to government websites and social media sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Collaborate with departments to ensure internal communications are accessible and meet brand standards. Test accessibility solutions and ensure their effectiveness. Create and publish documentation, manuals, and other publications. Oversee complex projects and processes; coach, review, and delegate work to staff as needed. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage planning, delivery, and quality of content and writing projects to meet business requirements. Collaborate with clients to plan and develop content for multi-channel digital campaigns. Research health and human services program information and convert it into clear, concise materials. Write campaign content across web, mobile, video, email, SMS, chat, IVR, social media, and print materials. Review and edit deliverables to ensure plain language, consistency, and correct grammar and spelling; ensure reading level meets requirements. Evaluate content effectiveness, develop improvement strategies, and oversee editorial guidelines for tone and style. Leverage research, personas, journey maps, and data to plan content strategies and information architecture for websites and digital products. Create and maintain content strategy documents, information architecture diagrams, content matrices, roadmaps, and style guides. Coach and delegate work to professionals supporting the project; support multiple clients or teams in a fast-paced environment. Independently create case studies, publications, marketing materials, and presentations. Review processes for opportunities to improve and manage change effectively. Produce content optimized for search engines in line with current SEO guidelines. Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the digital team. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field. 7-10 years of relevant professional experience. Job-Specific Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 7+ years of relevant professional experience. Must be willing to be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week. Portfolio demonstrating digital-first campaign experience. Experience in technical writing and/or plain language writing and editing to plan, design, and edit content. Experience delivering content projects using digital writing and editing best practices (websites, mobile apps, etc.). Experience with content management tools and Adobe Creative Suite (including InCopy, InDesign) and Adobe Experience Manager; Agile経験 is beneficial. Experience with search-optimized content and Microsoft O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Maximus compensation is based on factors including job location, education, training, experience, travel, market conditions, and internal value analysis. Salary ranges are provided for transparency and may vary by contract value; benefits may include health insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid holidays and paid time off. An applicant’s salary history is not used to determine compensation. We comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds where applicable. Salary range: $100,000.00 – $115,000.00 annually (typical range shown).
