Vision and mission leadership, growth strategy, financial performance, brand stewardship, marketing planning, customer acquisition, and retention, as well as innovation and commercialization. Develop a robust insights function, build a high-performing marketing organization, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and values. Qualifications

Proven track record in DTC growth, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in retention and loyalty marketing. Data-driven, financially grounded, with experience in team building and management. Collaborative partner, clear communicator, and scrappy, resourceful in approach. About the Company
