The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its mission of providing natural, plant-based air care solutions. The CMO will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and Board to advance the brand\'s vision and drive growth across various channels. Key responsibilities include vision and mission leadership, growth strategy, financial performance, brand stewardship, marketing planning, customer acquisition, and retention, as well as innovation and commercialization. The CMO will also be tasked with developing a robust insights function, building a high-performing marketing organization, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company\'s goals and values.
