The Company is seeking a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial planning in alignment with the Board of Commission's goals. This senior executive will lead the development and management of the government's annual budget, oversee accounting, treasury, payroll, and risk management operations, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations. The role also involves directing financial reporting, audits, and investment strategies, as well as supervising key finance personnel and developing and implementing financial policies and internal controls. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A CPA or CPFO certification is required, along with a minimum of 7 years\' experience in government finance, managing a multimillion-dollar agency, and at least 3 years in a direct supervisory role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate key competencies in strategic financial leadership, integrity, public sector financial acumen, team management, change management, organizational development, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
