Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel for its Health Care & Life Sciences practice in Washington, D.C.
Qualifications
6-10+ years of expertise with False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation
Significant experience with health care fraud and abuse laws is required
Experience working at the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a United States Attorney’s Office (preferred)
JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar
