Execute and continuously improve Hudson Global Scholars' university advising and community engagement programs. Collaborate across internal departments and external partners to design and execute efficient processes, report on all stages of university recruitment efforts, and continuously improve the pipeline from student inquiry to university acceptance/attendance. Advise and support high school students and their families throughout every step in their higher education journey, including identifying potential university and academic programs, completing applications, considering financial parameters, identifying scholarship opportunities, and complying with admissions policies. Conduct consistent and personalized outreach to students and families including phone calls, virtual meetings, emails, presentations, and congratulatory messages and announcements. Conduct virtual university tours and information sessions (both virtual and in person) for international students to learn about our Dual Diploma Program and university advising services. Work closely with external partners, including conducting info sessions for partner schools, administrators, and counselors. Create, maintain, and monitor records, including colleges admissions data, as well as enter and validate data in multiple systems. Coordinate, attend, and facilitate activities during study abroad trips for international high school students, if applicable. Collect ongoing stakeholder feedback and data—and maintain dashboards and KPIs—to measure and communicate the outcomes of advising and engagement programs. Maintain a flexible advising schedule to accommodate student and family schedules and needs. Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, school counseling, or related field required. Master's degree preferred. 2+ years experience in international recruiting, K-12 or higher education experience, sales/marketing, college admissions, advising, counseling, account management, or related experience. High school counselor/university advising degree, certification, and/or licensure preferred. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work cooperatively and effectively with individuals and groups including skills in problem-solving, empathy, organization, and attention to detail. Current knowledge on global trends in higher education admissions and student mobility. Experience placing students in universities across a variety of countries and university rankings. Data-driven, with a talent for measuring and continuously improving and innovating programs. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and digital communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a virtual position, both autonomously and as part of a virtual team. Growth mindset with ability to find creative solutions to challenges. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and in CRM software and/or Smartsheet, Asana, or other similar project management software. Ability to attend evening meetings to accommodate partners and the company, as needed. Availability to support international clients in a variety of time zones. Bi-lingual proficiency preferred. Experience working as a remote employee preferred.
