Emergency Medicine Physician Locums Job in Texas Full-Time and Ongoing Beginning October Assignment Schedule/Availability Requirements: Coverage: 24-26 Hours Shifts: 8-9 hour Must be willing to work Days/Nights

Requirements: Board Certified Maryland Active Texas license and DEA in hand (with TX address) Clean Malpractice ABEM PEDS (or osteopathic counterparts) Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, & PALS (If ABEM PEDS, need current ACLS & PALS and 1X proof of ATLS) CME past two years Case logs past two years TB/FLU/Hep B/MMR/VARICELLA Immunization records Must have 8 hours of Stroke CME and 8 hours of Trauma CME Must take in person EMR Training prior to first shift (PCC Coordinates- does not have to be privileged prior to training) Subspecialty coverage: Cardiology, Imaging, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology, Urology, Stroke Center

Assignment Details: Trauma Level 4 15,000 annual ED volume 16 ED Beds, 4 for lower acuity EMR - Cerner 24 hours daily scribe coverage 8 hours APP coverage on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday More than 350 beds for heart care, neuro and brain services, back and spine surgeries and more.
