Base pay range $70.00/hr - $80.00/hr
Responsibilities
Act as Product Owner for a dedicated integration-focused Scrum team
Create and manage a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and stories related to enterprise integrations
Collaborate with other POs and development teams to align cross-team integration efforts
Enterprise Integration Leadership
Own and evolve the entire integration ecosystem across Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle OIC, marketplace apps, and custom API services
Define and enforce best practices around API design, reusability, and governance
Manage and maintain a living, well-documented API catalog, driving clarity and reuse across teams
Cross-Platform Enablement
Work closely with Salesforce and Oracle stakeholders to ensure accurate, secure, and performant data flows across systems
Identify and address integration gaps that impact business operations or scalability
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the voice of the customer and technical stakeholders within the integration domain
Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to translate requirements into tangible outcomes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Owner or Technical Product Manager roles
Proven experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a complex enterprise environment
Hands-on experience in building or overseeing integrations between enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, marketplaces, etc.)
Strong technical background, with working knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, webhooks, and middleware
Deep understanding of Agile delivery, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development
Familiarity with API design (REST, SOAP), API management platforms, and integration security best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience maintaining or curating an enterprise API catalog
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or MuleSoft Anypoint (optional)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools as they relate to API services
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
