Overview
Program Manager, Compliance Technology & Analytics. The role focuses on the digital transformation of the Compliance function, combining business and compliance expertise with digital transformation strategy, process improvement, project management, and functional application management. The role drives compliance technology selection including analytics and AI, leads adoption and communication campaigns, and ensures sustainable integration with the compliance business and functional teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical systems thinker and a change agent. Key Responsibilities
Digital Compliance Platform: Collaborate across compliance, digital technology, and business teams to drive an integrated portfolio of investments in technology, data, analytics, and AI. Lead cross-functional efforts to evaluate, select, and implement compliance technologies such as GRC platform, continuous monitoring solution, third-party management system, trade controls tool, etc. Manage the request for proposal process for SaaS platforms supporting compliance operations. Manage an application portfolio including vendor relationships in partnership with the digital technology teams to ensure adoption and usage in the functional and business teams. Manage intake and prioritization of ideas and feedback involving digital investments. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner across compliance domains and business stakeholders to identify root causes of problems, synthesize requirements across multiple businesses and geographies, and design integrated digital solutions. Promote adoption through change management, stakeholder communication, and training. Serve as a strategic advisor for continuous improvement, modernization, and return on investments in digital transformation. Identify opportunities and advocate for additional investments for system-based controls embedded within existing enterprise systems. Support the elevation of the Compliance function through data and technology leadership to be a strategic partner with the business while driving growth. Operational Excellence
Apply lean and process improvement methodologies to simplify and scale operations. Design and oversee governance models for compliance-related technology and data. Support project management and operations through tracking program metrics, budget, and progress. Qualifications
Required : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in program management, technology and data strategy, or compliance roles in a complex, global environment. Experience with gathering functional requirements and partnering with digital technology teams to deliver digital solutions. Experience with RFP processes, vendor selection, and SaaS governance. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Experience implementing SaaS systems. Experience with applying data analytics and AI to solve business problems. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project) and analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Preferred : Experience with building innovative data analytics, AI, or GenAI solutions. Experience in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent). Familiarity with enterprise data sources (HR, CRM, Sourcing, etc.). Desired Characteristics : Change agent with ability to inspire adoption and build digital transformation momentum. Pragmatic, action-oriented problem solver with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with orientation toward process improvement. Solid judgment, clear systems thinker and business sense. Ability to create an environment of continual learning, and to simplify and adapt the way compliance works. For contracted roles in the US: The base pay range for this position is $177,000 - 290,000 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by factors including experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 9/9/2025. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
