Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding Engage collaboratively with hiring managers to discern their staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies effectively Implement data-driven recruitment methodologies, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize the hiring process Employ innovative sourcing techniques to expand candidate pools, leveraging channels such as social media, networking, and professional organizations Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Ensure compliance with employment regulations and standards throughout the hiring process Enhance the overall candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle Stay informed about industry trends and labor market changes to adapt recruitment efforts accordingly Qualifications

A Bachelor2s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a high-volume recruitment environment Proficient knowledge of recruitment metrics and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing competing priorities effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in recruitment processes A dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace Benefits
