Talent Acquisition Partner

to join our San Antonio, TX, team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from workforce planning and sourcing to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding of candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to specific departmental requirements Utilize data-driven approaches to assess recruitment effectiveness, including tracking key performance indicators and generating reports to inform stakeholders Enhance the candidate sourcing process by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and employee referrals Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization Maintain recruitment best practices and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to hiring Foster lasting relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Continuously monitor industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent acquisition strategies Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on achieving results and enhancing the overall recruitment process Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce Benefits
