Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to further the project objectives.

Manage daily operations to ensure alignment with institutional policies and long-term goals.

Establish and maintain administrative systems that enhance efficiency and compliance.

Develop and manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, as well as the effective use of funds.

Oversee and guide project staff to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time.

Promote professional development, assign responsibilities, and foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Pay Range $73,945.00 – $120,165.00
