Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced
Finance Operations Analyst
to support one of our top partners in the technology sector. This senior-level contract role will play a key role in multiple finance operational functions including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense management. As the company scales rapidly, this position offers a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to help build and optimize financial operations for a growing organization. Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional initiatives across procurement, AP, and T&E based on shifting priorities and month-end demands. Ensure accuracy in purchase request validation, vendor analysis, PO lifecycle management, and cost savings. Oversee invoice processing, general ledger coding reviews, vendor inquiries, and payment run preparation. Manage travel and expense policy compliance, report auditing, credit card reconciliations, and reimbursements. Process Improvement & Systems
Drive process automation initiatives across financial operations. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements. Support system implementations and enhancements (Zip, NetSuite, Brex, Navan). Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for long-term sustainability. Month-End Close & Analysis
Participate in close activities: accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Deliver spend analysis, vendor performance metrics, and budget-to-actuals. Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Tax, and IT to ensure alignment. Training & Stakeholder Enablement
Train business users on finance policies and tools. Create user guides and operational resources for procurement and expense management systems. Qualifications
Required: 7+ years of progressive finance operations experience across procurement, AP, and expense management. Proficient with tools including NetSuite, Brex, Zip, Navan, and Google Sheets or Excel. Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience with month-end close processes. Preferred: Prior experience in high-growth tech companies (500–2000+ employees). Familiarity with SOX compliance, international operations, and cross-border payments. Background in AI, ML, or complex vendor ecosystems. Experience with RPA/OCR tools or automation platforms. Working knowledge of SQL or Python. CPA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business. Benefits
