SAP Implementation – Technical Project Manager Location:
Miami, FL (Onsite) Experience:
Minimum 16+ years in SAP Implementation Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of large-scale SAP implementation projects including S/4HANA and other SAP cloud/on-prem modules. Work closely with the solution architecture team in line with business goals and SAP best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. Ensure architecture compliance, risk management, and performance tuning of SAP systems. Provide technical leadership across SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, TM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP, and others. Support solutioning and architecture presentations. Review and approve functional/technical specifications and ensure alignment with architectural standards. Act as a trusted advisor to the client, offering best practices, innovation, and strategic insights into SAP roadmap and digital transformation. Coordinate with offshore and onshore delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct architecture reviews, gap analysis, and recommend mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols. Required Qualifications
16+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects with at least 5 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Solution Architect. Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA (greenfield and brownfield implementations). In-depth knowledge across multiple SAP modules and integration with non-SAP systems. Solid understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, SAP CPI, SAP Gateway, and integration patterns. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model. Familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies. SAP certifications in S/4HANA or related areas are highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in Aviation Fuel Distribution, Supply Chain, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Utilities. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of SAP deployments. Knowledge of data migration, master data governance, and SAP Analytics tools. Exposure to AI/ML integrations, IoT, or other emerging technologies within SAP ecosystems. Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. SAP certifications are a strong advantage.
