Looking for Senior Staff Salesforce CRM Functional Architect
Location - South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
Define and architect end-to-end solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and roadmap planning.
Define and enforce architectural governance standards and patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of relevant industry professional experience in CRM with at least 7+ years of Salesforce-specific experience.
Proven technofunctional experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
Expertise with Flow Builders, Apex Classes, SoQL Queries, and Connector Integrations
Deep understanding of:
Sales Cloud: Lead/opportunity management, Accounts and Contacts, territory management, forecasting, CPQ, Conversion of Opportunity to Order, Payment Methods
Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio
Data Cloud: Customer 360, data ingestion pipelines, resolution, data harmonization
Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, and AppExchange solutions
Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, and CDP integrations
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies
Skills & Certifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
Experience working in a regulated or enterprise-grade environment (e.g., biotech, healthcare, or finance).
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to Salesforce.
