We would love to engage talent who have a real interest and intrigue for this sector and would be keen to transfer your marketing skills into this area of a law firm. You will also be working with a global team, reporting into the Director based in London. We would very much like to engage those currently operating at managerial level in the DC market or those open to relocating, the firm does operate a hybrid working policy with 3 days in the office and 2 that are flexible. Core responsibilities include Develop and oversee business development and marketing plans for the group working with the BD Director and partners to ensure they are aligned with firmwide strategy, you will be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of this and reporting on ROI. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify new potential revenue opportunities for the firm. Lead efforts to raise the profile of the Americas RIFC group through events, PR, awards, directories, and thought leadership, in collaboration with the firms central functions. Work closely with global BD leadership to implement strategic projects and align BD activities across the US, you will also be part of global projects and campaigns too.
