Overview The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager will be responsible for generating new business, networking, and establishing & maintaining customer relationships. The role involves planning construction projects and overseeing their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner, including budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, with Primavera Scheduling and Construction Administration Software preferred. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr.

Leads Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Closeout phases of the projects. Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented and followed. Promote the company’s Safety Culture through all phases of the project. Develop turnkey project schedules and coordinate work sequencing with field teams. Coordinate with Purchasing Department and vendors for effective material coordination. Identify and generate new business; network, establish and maintain customer relationships. Plan, organize, and staff electrical/automation/MES construction projects. Ensure projects are completed profitably, on time, and to customer expectations. Review outgoing estimates with Estimating Departments; prepare or assist with bid packages and EPC estimates. Visit job sites and interact with Owners, Developers, Partners, Site Leadership, Engineers, Consultants, Crews, and Subcontractors to support progress and safe behavior. Delegate effectively with proper control systems to ensure accountability and avoid bottlenecks. Coach and develop talent; select and train staff as needed. Foster cross-functional collaboration to accelerate work processes; communicate strategies and corporate mission. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related Engineering Degree; equivalent technical experience considered. Experience: 10+ years in the Industrial/Manufacturing Commercial Construction Market; or 5 years in Renewable Energy Market and 1 year of construction estimating experience. On-site construction experience is a plus. Travel: 20-40% Work Schedule: Typical hours 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday; may be required outside these hours to meet business needs.
