Senior Product Designer Salary Range : $160,000 - $220,000, plus equity About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our client's dynamic team and help redefine how professionals interact with technology in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will take ownership of key product areas, designing intuitive and effective user experiences that simplify complex workflows. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and fellow designers to shape the product from early prototypes into polished, production-ready features. Growing team with over $30m in funding. Key Responsibilities
Lead design projects from end to end, including conducting user research and shaping product strategy. Craft elegant and simple UI/UX solutions that address complex user needs and enhance usability. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality designs. Help shape the design culture and systems within the company. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products, preferably in a startup environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric thinking, attention to detail, and individual impact on shipped features. Experience in web app design; mobile-only design backgrounds may not be a fit. Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple user experiences. A strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design to product and business direction. Excited about the potential of AI and eager to explore new UX paradigms in AI-driven products. Nice to Have
Passion for healthcare Experience working closely with AI-driven features or large language models (LLMs) Must be a clean modern looking portfolio (website) showcasing end to end Product Design UX/UI Must show craft. Strong visual design skills are a must! Looking for some real design flair, a visually stunning portfolio - no boring corporate looking work full of wireframes. Applications without updated portfolios, passwords, links etc will be ignored Competitive salary and equity package. Hybrid work setup with in-office days in San Francisco.
