The Role As a Principal Software Engineer , you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology strategy, architecture, and development of applications that power our investment operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js . Lead technical decision-making and establish best practices for front-end and back-end development. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop high-impact investment and analytics tools. Optimize application performance and maintain a high standard of code quality. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the engineering team. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. Requirements 8+ years of software development experience , with expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js . Strong background in designing and building scalable, high-availability web applications. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure . Proficiency in modern development tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and microservices architecture . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineers.
