We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer with expertise in React, Python, and AWS to drive the development of our next-generation analytics platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will influence architecture, scale systems, and mentor a team of top-tier engineers. What You’ll Do Architect and build scalable, cloud-native applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend) . Design and optimize APIs (REST/GraphQL) to ensure seamless data processing and real-time analytics. Leverage AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway) for performance, security, and scalability. Implement microservices and event-driven architectures to handle large-scale data pipelines. Mentor and guide engineering teams , fostering best practices in cloud development and software engineering. Drive DevOps strategies to improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security compliance. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of software engineering experience , with deep expertise in React.js (TypeScript) and Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) . Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.). Experience with scalable system design, microservices, and event-driven architectures . Background in big data, analytics, or machine learning integration (a plus!). Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding teams. Experience working in high-scale, data-driven environments , ideally in finance, insurance, or risk management. Why Join Us?
