About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, People & Culture to lead and evolve its high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and continuously improving talent acquisition and development frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions in North America, serving as the primary HR advisor to employees and leaders, and ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business goals. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, with a focus on coaching and supporting leaders, leading performance management, and fostering a culture of excellence. The VP, People & Culture will also be instrumental in identifying and mitigating people-related risks and championing initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee growth.

Applicants for the VP, People & Culture role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive HR experience, including prior leadership and management roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing people strategies that support business objectives, strong business acumen, and experience in growth environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to deal tactfully and confidently with both internal and external customers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM) preferred.
