Position Summary:

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to own and evolve our brand presence across all social platforms. This person will be responsible for developing channel strategies, managing day-to-day content execution, leading our influencer program, and driving community engagement that connects with our audience and supports business goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and campaigns.

Identify emerging platforms, trends, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Create monthly/quarterly content calendars that balance evergreen storytelling with timely, trend-driven content.

Influencer & Creator Program

Own the influencer/creator program end-to-end: strategy, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.

Develop scalable campaigns with influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Track influencer performance, ROI, and overall impact on growth.

Cultivate a strong network of brand advocates and ambassadors.

Content & Creative Direction

Partner with design, brand, and e-commerce teams to concept and produce high-performing creative assets (video, photo, graphics, reels, TikToks, etc.).

Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all platforms.

Community Management

Build and maintain an engaged online community by monitoring comments, messages, and trends in real time.

Develop playbooks for proactive engagement, customer responses, and reputation management.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversions, sentiment) to measure success.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize content performance and inform future strategy.

Test, learn, and refine approaches through A/B testing and platform analytics.

Collaboration

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (PR, eComm, Customer Experience, Product, Events) to integrate social into larger brand initiatives.

Act as the go-to subject matter expert for all things social media within the organization.

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (agency or brand side).

Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms

Experience managing influencer programs, from identifying talent to negotiating contracts and tracking ROI.

Strong understanding of analytics tools (native platform insights, Sprout, Later, AspireIQ, GRIN, etc.).

Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a knack for brand storytelling.

Creative thinker with an eye for design, trends, and cultural moments.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
