Commercial construction company in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area seeks a qualified candidate for the position of General Superintendent over all field personnel and all projects. We also have multiple clients looking for a Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent. The opportunities are in Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Houston. About the Role
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of demonstrated success on a wide range of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities
Management of the entire regional construction labor force - hiring, assigning projects, assigning managers, monitoring labor productivity, control and evaluate temporary labor. Training - apprentices, journeymen, foremen, superintendents, and safety. Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in commercial construction projects, including: healthcare / hospital / lab, cultural, office, parking garages, education / k-12, senior living, hospitality, and multifamily. Required Skills
Proven track record in managing construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience in a variety of commercial construction sectors. Pay range and compensation package
