Sr. Client Solutions Manager, Strategic Accounts - LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Base pay range: $145,000.00/yr - $222,000.00/yr

This role will be based in New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions helps businesses achieve marketing ROI objectives with a suite of products including native advertising and programmatic channels. We are investing in the Content Marketing ecosystem to capture market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients, proactively identifying and solving challenges to provide best-in-class customer experience.

Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate on campaign activation and drive toward client goals.

Be a consultative seller to renew and grow client investments.

Analyze and optimize customers’ advertising campaigns and marketing programs; make strategic recommendations to ensure client objectives are achieved.

Own all aspects of the client’s media campaigns including targeting, implementation, creative and content quality, optimization, and ROI analysis.

Design account plans to meet revenue goals using appropriate technology and rigor.

Support customer communication and education, including onboarding and ongoing platform education needs.

Drive new product adoption and partner technology integration to enable client success and efficiency.

Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools.

Travel approximately 15% of the time for team offsites, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, or media

1+ years of media sales, digital media account management, or consulting experience

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience

Demonstrated ability to understand marketing and digital media metrics

Ability to conduct regular forecasts and reports

Strategic thinker with a track record of linking customer needs to data-driven solutions

Understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with limited supervision

Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build insights-backed narratives to support strategic sales pitches

Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally

Commitment to understanding and prioritizing customer needs

Knowledge of sales planning and CRM tools

Additional Information LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $145,000 to $222,000 (On Target Earnings). Actual compensation packages are based on several factors including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and work location.
