strategic and growth-focused General Manager

to lead daily operations, drive business development, and accelerate our expansion into new markets and customer segments. Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth Develop and execute strategies to expand into new customer segments (corporate, schools, festivals, community events). Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with event planners, HR leaders, venues, and other partners. Identify new revenue opportunities and create value-added service offerings to differentiate the business. Track KPIs and market trends to continuously refine strategy. Sales & Marketing Leadership Oversee sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion. Collaborate with the owner and marketing team to optimize campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to build brand presence. Operational Excellence Lead daily operations, including scheduling, logistics, staff management, and vendor coordination. Ensure inflatables and equipment are maintained, safe, and event-ready. Standardize operational processes for scalability and efficiency. Maintain compliance with insurance, safety, and regulatory standards. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver excellent service. Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Motivate the team around growth goals and client satisfaction. Qualifications

Proven experience in

general management, business development, or operations leadership

(preferably in events, hospitality, or related industries). Strong track record of

driving growth

through sales, partnerships, or strategic initiatives. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Strong understanding of operational efficiency and customer service excellence. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute both strategy and hands-on management. Comfort with fast-paced, seasonal business cycles. BBA/MBA preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
