The Executive Director of Practice Operations is responsible for managing the operations of assigned AdventHealth Medical Group practices while providing vision and executive leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the CFD-N mission and strategic plan. The Executive Director of Practice Operations reports to the AHMG Chief Operating Officer (COO). He/She will be charged with identifying areas in need of process improvement, development, and the execution of action plans around such activities as they relate to practice management and operations. The Executive Director of Practice Operations will also be responsible for other key operational functions such as developing goals and program initiatives, ensuring practice compliance, improving patient experience, maintaining quality metrics, revenue cycle functions and managing the budgets for primary care. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Create an effective working environment where communication, professional development and quality are encouraged; maintain positive relations with employees, physicians, patients and the community; ensure high quality care and excellent customer service and drive improvements as needed. COMPLIANCE/REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure compliance with the State of Florida regulatory agencies, CMS regulations, and other relevant agencies and policies; provide evidence of performance and adherence. OPERATING AND CAPITAL BUDGET / FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure practices operate within the allocated budget; implement tracking systems for success metrics and reporting. STRATEGIC PLANNING RESPONSIBILITY: Develop and implement initiatives, processes and systems aligned with organizational strategies and goals. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Required 7 years of proven experience including at least five (5) years in a large hospital setting or physician practice 4 years of leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Master's Preferred Benefits
