A growing food manufacturer and distributor is seeking a
General Manager – Sales & Operations
to oversee commercial strategy and day-to-day operations. This leader will set direction, manage performance, and guide the business through its next phase of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategy into actionable growth plans.
Oversee operations including sales, logistics, and customer service.
Develop and execute strategies to expand distribution channels and market presence.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team.
Maintain a culture focused on safety, quality, and accountability.
Ideal Background
10+ years in senior leadership or general management roles.
Direct P&L management of a large-scale business.
Strong B2B sales leadership and customer development experience.
Food manufacturing, distribution, or CPG industry background strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
