The Research and Development organization is embedded within each of our Clorox businesses, taking new generations of consumer products from concept to reality. R&D includes engineers, scientists, packaging experts, and technicians who contribute throughout the lifecycle of our products, from concept to final production. R&D leverages the latest technology to deliver high-quality, innovative products for consumers. Responsibilities

Drive Innovation: Develop and refine product formulations and manufacturing processes that deliver a superior consumer experience, while also creating consumer and customer facing claims and demos. Execute with Excellence: Apply engineering principles to solve complex Product and Process Scale-up challenges by leading risk assessments and documenting technical learnings from lab-scale experimentation and pilot plant trials to full-scale manufacturing. Use statistical analysis and digital tools to optimize formulations and processing parameters throughout development. Own the Technical Details: Create and manage product specifications and processing standards to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance. Support Commercialization: Develop and apply SOPs, test methods, and best practices while leading product testing, consumer tests, pilot and production trials to analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and provide insights for smooth scale-up and successful product launches. Collaborate Across Functions: Work with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to interpret data, meet project objectives, and drive efficiency while managing technical risk. B.S. Chemical Engineering ,

B.S. Biomedical Engineering ,

B.S. BioEngineering ,

B.S. Materials Science Engineering , or

B.S. Mechanical Engineering . Requirements: Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026; Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher; ability to work in a lab with various materials; excellent organization skills; confident self-starter, critical thinker, able to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; legal right to work in the United States after graduation.
