The opportunity: join our Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Analysis – Manager team to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specs and ensure system architecture solutions align with business objectives. Responsibilities
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions Lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily Travel may be required based on client needs Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree 4 to 6 years of relevant SAP Controlling experience with focus on Product Costing and exposure to Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order production strategies In-depth knowledge of Overhead Cost Accounting, Integrated Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Universal Allocations; familiarity with SAP modules affecting Product Costing (MM, PP, CO, FI) and some FICO modules Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills Experience managing an SAP project or workstream; experience with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery is desirable Functional understanding of SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks Security roles familiarity related to Management Accounting processes Additional Preferences
Proficiency with one or more SAP FICO, PP or MM modules in S/4HANA Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies Experience developing functional specifications and strong system configuration experience Relationship management and negotiation capabilities; critical thinking and emotional agility Willingness to travel to meet client needs Ideal Qualifications
Prior consulting industry experience SAP Certification(s), e.g., P_S4FIN SAP Certified Professional - Financials in SAP S/4HANA Experience with at least three full-cycle implementations of core module Additional SAP Finance certificates Experience leading cross-functional teams What We Look For Top performers with analytical prowess and creative thinking, a passion for technology and innovation, and the ability to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
