Job Description:
CFSA is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Management Officer to manage project schedules and support organizational change management, including training development and delivery.
Complete Description:
The specific responsibilities include creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization, and providing a clear vision of the product.
Assist agile teams in the efficient implementation and use of Azure DevOps (ADO) to automatically measure and report quality and performance metrics to the Program’s Portal.
Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and promote a culture of agility and continuous learning.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support milestones in collaboration with business, senior management, and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, communication documents, and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths related to OCM and training. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Keep all parties on track and informed. Manage daily team meetings to capture updates, address potential roadblocks, and ensure project alignment. Maintain a central repository of milestones, provide status updates, and escalate risks. Maintain a risk and issues registry and track progress. Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Provide timely metrics and audit outcomes to gauge progress towards quality objectives. Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes to identify and remove project barriers.
Experience: Conveying technical and functional concepts: 5 years (Preferred) Preparing complex technical documentation: 5 years (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent: 10 years (Preferred) Azure DevOps/JIRA, creating queries, dashboards, alerts: 3 years (Preferred) Managing training content development and/or delivery: 3 years (Preferred) Leading OCM activities for new technology implementation: 3 years (Preferred) Large-scale IT projects: 10 years (Preferred) Experience in Human Services or Child Welfare sector: 2 years (Preferred) Project Management Professional Certification: 10 years (Preferred) Hands-on MS Project scheduling: 7 years (Preferred) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis: 7 years (Preferred) Experience with Cúram CGISS development: 7 years (Preferred) Documenting process flow charts with MS Visio: 5 years (Preferred) Experience creating project artifacts like project plans, risk management plans: 7 years (Preferred) Flexible work-from-home options available.
