The Corporate Senior Accountant will work under the direction of the A&C Manager and Corporate Controller. The role is high-visibility and collaborates with internal/external auditors and finance leadership across the company. The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects, improve processes using data and information systems, and adapt to meet objectives. Responsibilities
Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations; identify issues, document processes, report findings, and propose remediations. Document, maintain, and improve HUB’s accounting and corporate policies. Provide consulting and advocacy to finance and accounting teams to strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. Administer and strengthen the A&C group’s account reconciliation inventory. Coordinate with the external audit firm on the annual financial audit. Administer CoStar lease accounting software; update records and process journal entries monthly. Participate in monthly financial close activities as requested. Engage with corporate and regional finance/accounting leadership in a high-visibility role. Provide ad hoc assistance to accounting, finance, and M&A departments for special projects as necessary. Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2–4 years of experience preferred. CPA preferred. Experience collaborating directly with external auditors. Experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, Smart View, BI, Workday, ADP, CoStar, Blackline, or similar reconciliation software is a plus. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects both in team settings and independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
