The Executive Assistant, Senior supports the Senior Vice President of Government Markets and the Risk Adjustment leadership team within Blue Shield of California's Government Markets and Risk Adjustment organization. This role requires good judgment and discretion, strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position may involve independent work as well as collaboration within a team on projects from inception to completion, including handling confidential matters with discretion. Responsibilities

Provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist executive managers with complex details and advanced administrative duties Collect and prepare information for discussions/meetings of executive staff and external individuals Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations Coordinate with company personnel at all levels to gather information and prepare reports Manage day-to-day organization of executives’ calendar, appointments, meetings, and related scheduling Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors and providers, in scheduling meetings Assist with onsite event or meeting planning, travel arrangements, and expense reports Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 5 years of prior relevant experience Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Vice President level and above executives, including calendar management, executive-level meeting support and preparation, and report generation Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, electronic communications, and technical savviness Experience and ability to design, set up and manage internal processes and protocols About Blue Shield of California and the Ascendiun Family
