Overview
Be among the first applicants for a Human Resources Generalist role. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. The HR Generalist will support the team on human resource matters and throughout the full-cycle interview process, including recruitment and hiring, employee relations and performance management, benefits and compensation administration, training and development, and ensuring legal and policy compliance across the employee lifecycle. The HR Generalist will work closely with the office team and should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruiting process and interviews Oversight of all office staff and caregiver paperwork Benefits administration Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations Employee relations and disciplinary documentation Qualifications
Upbeat personality Bachelor's Degree, preferred SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred 3 years of industry experience, preferred Strong computer skills Strong organizational & communication skills Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163) Ability to secure proof of negative TB results Benefits
