Overview
Vice President of Talent at Bridge Investment Group. This role is part of the human resources team, a strategic partner to the business, driving organizational success and shaping the employee experience across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead the Human Resources function, including HR operations, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement. Design and implement scalable people strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives and investment philosophy. Partner with senior leadership to shape a high-performance, inclusive culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and performance enablement across the organization. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. Own relationships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), ensuring service quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate periodically with Apollo Global Management executives about HR strategy and align ownership expectations and broader organizational objectives. Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of Human Resources initiatives. Lead and mentor a high-performing Human Resources team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources or people operations, ideally within private equity, asset management, or financial services. Proven ability to lead through complexity and scale people operations in high-growth environments. Deep understanding of compensation strategy, benefits design, and regulatory compliance. Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and people analytics tools. Seniority level:
