Legal Executive Assistant
for its
Boston, MA
office. You’ll support multiple lawyers while acting as a trusted partner who keeps a partner’s practice running smoothly.

Be the hub:
proactively coordinate day-to-day operations so partners can focus on clients and business development
Calendar & travel mastery:
manage Outlook calendars, resolve conflicts, and arrange complex itineraries
Document production:
draft correspondence, prepare reports and presentations; ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Meeting excellence:
prepare agendas/materials, coordinate practice group and client team meetings, and follow through on action items
Client liaison:
handle direct client interactions and connect departments, projects, and information to the partner
Information governance:
maintain organized paper/electronic files in line with firm policies
Billing oversight:
handle pre-billing tasks, international billing, liaise with billers/collections, and
monitor client budgets
The Ideal Candidate
Education:
High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years
of professional executive administrative support for partners and/or executives (law firm experience strongly preferred)
Tech skills:
Advanced
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concord, Intapp
Strengths:
Excellent communication, discretion with sensitive matters, top-tier organization/time management, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with billing workflows (Aderant) and budget tracking
