80Twenty is a boutique marketing recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates. We’re working with a fast-growing, clean beauty brand redefining the at-home wellness experience, backed by professional spa science and K-beauty innovation. The company’s products are beloved in top salons and are expanding across DTC, retail, and omnichannel. This is a small but mighty team on an exciting growth trajectory with ownership of marketing performance strategy. This is a one day per week in-office role in Ridgefield, NJ; please apply only if you’re comfortable with commuting. What You’ll Do
Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. Own email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo or similar), from campaign ideation to automation and segmentation. Launch and manage DTC promotions, bundles, and site merchandising using Shopify. Work cross-functionally with creative and web teams to optimize landing pages, popups, and PDPs for conversion. Collaborate with external agency partners to drive testing, campaign execution, and performance reporting. Monitor and improve key KPIs like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention across digital channels. Support omnichannel efforts including new product launches, promotional rollouts, and retail initiatives. Be a strategic partner in brand campaigns, UGC / influencer amplification, and growth initiatives. Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG. Proven expertise in paid media, attribution, and audience segmentation. Shopify fluency and experience executing ecommerce promotions and lifecycle marketing. Comfortable managing agencies and internal teams toward growth KPIs. Analytical thinker with strong reporting, forecasting, and A/B testing capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit—self-starter, collaborative, and excited to build.
