About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Director of Fundraising and Community Engagement to lead our efforts in cultivating relationships and expanding our financial support base. Your mission will be to inspire existing donors and recruit new advocates committed to our cause. In this pivotal role, you will drive our grassroots movement focused on advocacy and voting, developing and implementing strategies to enhance community engagement and elevate our fundraising efforts.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with donors, achieving fundraising targets, and maintaining accurate records of community engagement activities. This role also requires representing our organization at community events and forums, showcasing our commitment to advocacy.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience, demonstrate a proven track record of success, and have strong ties to the Jewish community and its educational institutions. You must be a highly motivated self-starter who can adapt rapidly, possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and is dedicated to promoting Jewish education and advocacy.
